We came, we hiked, our legs were sore.
After a few months of canceled hikes and extra snow, the climb to the AT en route to Rocky Top was quite aggressive. But beautiful, warm, sunny weather and great fellowship made for a lovely day in the mountains. We did not make it all the way to the summit of Rocky Top but we pushed through together all the way up Anthony Creek + Bote Mountain to the Appalachian Trail where we enjoyed a picnic lunch. Calling it a success!
